Please read these terms carefully before booking a service. By using our website, calling us or booking a repair you agree to the terms set out below.
1. About us
24-7 Customer Service Care is an independent appliance repair service provider operating from Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala. We are not authorised by, affiliated with, or operating on behalf of any appliance manufacturer.
2. Services we offer
We provide doorstep diagnosis, repair, installation and routine maintenance for air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators and microwave ovens across Kochi, Kozhikode and Trivandrum. The exact scope of work for each visit is confirmed in writing or by WhatsApp before the technician starts.
3. Pricing and quotes
A visit / inspection fee may apply. The repair quote is shared after on-site diagnosis and work begins only after you approve it. Final pricing depends on the actual fault, parts used and time required.
4. Spare parts
Where possible we use original brand spare parts. When original parts are not available or are unreasonably expensive, we use high-quality compatible spare parts of equivalent specification. The type of part used is disclosed in the bill.
5. Warranty
Service warranty covers only the specific defect repaired and the spare parts supplied by us, for the period mentioned on the invoice. The warranty does not cover unrelated faults, misuse, electrical surges, water damage, or work done by any other technician after our service.
6. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact and address details, give our technician safe access to the appliance, and keep small children and pets away from the work area. Any pre-existing damage should be brought to our attention before work begins.
7. Limitation of liability
We are responsible only for the work explicitly carried out by our technicians. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as spoilage of food in a refrigerator) beyond the value of the repair charged.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel a booking free of charge before the technician is dispatched. Once the technician has reached your address, the visit / inspection fee becomes payable.
9. Trademarks
All brand names mentioned on our website (LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, IFB, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the brands of appliances we repair.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
