When you book a repair, fill out a contact form, or message us on WhatsApp we collect your name, phone number, address / pincode, the appliance details you provide, and your preferred service date. Your information is used only to: confirm and dispatch your repair, send service-related WhatsApp and call updates, prepare quotes and invoices, follow up on completed work, and improve our website. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
4. WhatsApp and phone communication
By submitting our booking form or initiating a chat, you agree to receive service-related WhatsApp messages, SMS and calls from us on the number you share. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP or calling us.
