Refund & cancellation.
We want every customer to feel confident booking with us. This page explains when and how refunds are issued.
1. Cancellations before the visit
You can cancel any booking free of charge by calling, WhatsApping or replying to our confirmation message before the technician has been dispatched.
2. Cancellations after technician dispatch
Once a technician is on the way or has reached your address, the visit / inspection fee becomes payable even if you choose not to proceed with the repair.
3. Refunds on completed repairs
If a repair completed by us fails for the same fault within the warranty period mentioned on the invoice, we will redo the work or refund the labour amount charged for that specific repair, at our discretion. Spare-part costs are refunded only if the part is found defective.
4. How refunds are processed
Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI / card / bank transfer) within 7 working days of approval. Cash payments are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to an account in the customer's name.
5. Non-refundable items
Visit / inspection fees, transportation charges, and consumables (such as gas, oil or cleaning chemicals) already used during the service are non-refundable.
6. How to raise a refund request
Email info@24-7customerservicecare.in or call +91 9037507244 within 7 days of the service with your invoice number and a short description of the issue. We will respond within 2 working days.
